Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1- Guests must notify the hotel directly via email or phone call for any cancellations.
2- Cancellation between 4 to 7 days before the scheduled check-in may be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
3- Cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date will result in 100% charge of the total booking.
4- During the peak period (22nd December – 5th January), no cancellations will be entertained and no refunds will be given.
5- Group bookings or bookings made via third-party portals may have separate cancellation rules. Please refer to respective booking sources.
