Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible. Please review the following guidelines:

1- Cancellations made 4 or more days before the check-in date may be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
2- Cancellations made within 0 to 3 days of check-in are non-refundable.
3- Bookings made for the peak period starting from 22nd December to 5th January are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4- In the event of a valid refund, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
5- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early checkouts, or unused services.
